What data we process
Identifying and contact data (such as your name and email) that you provide in the forms. When you request an assessment or join the programme, the health data necessary for care is also processed.
For what purpose
- To respond to your request for information or assessment and to contact you.
- To provide the care of the monitoring programme, where applicable.
- If you authorise it, to send you the free guide and content related to gestational diabetes.
Legal basis
- Your consent, for the forms and sending communications (revocable at any time).
- Performance of a contract or the application of pre-contractual measures, to manage your request.
- Healthcare provision (Art. 9.2.h GDPR), under professional secrecy, for the processing of health data.
How long we keep it
Contact data is kept for as long as the relationship lasts or until you withdraw your consent. Clinical documentation is kept for the periods established by the applicable healthcare regulations.
Recipients
Your data is not sold or transferred to third parties, except by legal obligation or care coordination authorised by you. Some providers access the data as processors, under a contract compliant with Art. 28 GDPR (for example, the email and form management platform).
International transfers
